How is Revenue Desk different from booking both standalone services?
Revenue Desk brings consultation and reveal into one management structure, with shared preparation, documented client context and agreed handoffs between the appointments.
Does one person conduct every appointment?
The partnership establishes who delivers the work and how information is carried between appointments. The service is built around continuity of information and responsibility; individual staffing arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
Does Revenue Desk include responding to every new inquiry?
No. It covers assigned consultations, reveals and agreed follow-up around those appointments. Broader inquiry response and pipeline coordination can be scoped through Private Revenue Department.
How are the 25 included appointments counted?
They are attended consultations and reveals combined. A client who attends one consultation and one reveal uses two appointments. Your proposal confirms the treatment of cancellations, no-shows and rescheduled appointments.
What if a client has already purchased before the reveal?
We record the existing commitment before the appointment. Your proposal defines attributable collected revenue across the consultation and reveal process so the same revenue is not counted twice.
Can you set up payment plans?
Yes, where included and authorized. Your studio defines the permitted terms and systems. Ongoing installment monitoring beyond the agreed scope is separately defined.
Do you handle planning calls, editing or artwork ordering?
Creative planning, editing, production and fulfillment remain with your studio unless a separate scope explicitly states otherwise. Revenue Desk focuses on consultation, reveal and their agreed commercial follow-through.
Can I start with consultation or reveal support alone?
Yes. Consult Desk and Reveal Desk are available as standalone services.
Do you guarantee increased revenue?
No. Lead quality, client fit, your offer and pricing all influence outcomes. We deliver the agreed work, document results and use those results to review the partnership.
