Yes. Consult Desk covers consultation calls, booking completion and seven days of follow-up. Your reveals stay with you.
Can I use OTHEZA for reveals only?
Yes. Reveal Desk is for studios that book and photograph their own clients but want the reveal and artwork sale handled.
Can I use OTHEZA for reactivation only?
Yes. Reactivation Desk works with the leads you already have, no other desk required.
Will you use my products and pricing?
Yes. We sell your approved offer. If we see something worth changing, we bring it to you. We never change your prices or policies on our own.
Can you represent my studio under its own name?
Yes. During setup, we agree on the sender names, access and channels well use.
Who receives my clients' payments?
You do. Every payment goes through your studios payment system.
Do you handle editing, ordering or shipping?
No. Those stay with your studio. We send you the sales details you need for each order.
How is the investment determined?
Each desk has a one-time implementation fee and a monthly structure. Consult Desk is paid by outcome: $95 booked, $45 attended but not booked, $20 no-show or late cancellation, credited against a $500 monthly minimum that reserves your coverage hours. Every desks pricing is listed on its own page.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. Lead quality, your offer, pricing and client fit all shape the outcome. We agree on the work, document every result, and use those results to steer the partnership.
