Your enquiry begins a conversation. It does not commit your studio to a service.

Send us a message

Use this form for general company enquiries, collaborations, referrals, billing questions or existing partner support. If you are considering OTHEZA for your studio, please complete the Studio Partnership Enquiry instead. That gives us the information needed to evaluate the right service structure.

Start with what you want to hand over.

You don’t need to arrive with a package selected or a perfect process documented.

Tell us what you’re handling now.

The consultation calls. The reveals. The unfinished reservations. The client communication that keeps returning to you.

We discuss your offer, appointment volume, scheduling and current responsibilities to understand where OTHEZA could provide useful support.

The starting point is your studio’s needs not a package you have to diagnose yourself.

We learn your studio before representing it.

Once the partnership is agreed, we collect the information and establish the access needed for the approved scope.

Your experience and offer

What clients are choosing, what is included and how your studio presents the investment.

Your products and policies

Collections, artwork specifications, booking requirements, payment options and relevant client commitments.

Your communication

The approved language, sender identities and channels used to represent your studio.

Your handoffs

What information OTHEZA needs before an appointment—and what your studio needs afterward.

The preparation follows your service. Consultation support, reveal support and broader account management require different handovers.

Clear permission. Clear limits.

We establish what OTHEZA can present, collect, arrange and approve before live client work begins.

That includes the rules for:

- Required agreements and reservation payments.

- Approved products, collections and pricing.

- Pre-session payment plans and purchase arrangements.

- Discounts, bonuses and exceptions.

- Questions or decisions that need your approval.

- Escalating issues to the right person in your studio.

Client payments go through your approved studio payment system.

You retain control. OTHEZA works within the authority you provide.

Ready before the first live appointment.

Check the process

We review the agreed scheduling, preparation, communication and handoffs.

Test the required steps

We agree on the go-live date and the responsibilities moving to OTHEZA.

If something essential is missing, we identify it and resolve it before relying on that step with a client.

Confirm the start

We define the offers, payments and arrangements OTHEZA can present or complete.

Discounts, exceptions, refunds and changes outside that authority return to your studio.

You can see what’s moving.

Delegation should give you visibility into the work you’ve handed over.

Within the partnership scope, we document appointment outcomes, completed commitments, follow-up and outstanding actions.

You know what has been handled, what remains open and where your input is needed.

We review the account using the information it produces. If volume or responsibilities change, we discuss the capacity and scope required.

The partnership stays defined as your studio develops.

Before we begin.

Do I need to choose a service before getting in touch?

No. Tell us what you want covered. We’ll review the fit and recommend the appropriate structure.

How quickly can service start?

The start date depends on available capacity, the agreed scope and how quickly the required preparation is completed. We confirm the timeline during the proposal and implementation process.

What do I need to provide?

Depending on the service, we may need your approved offer, pricing, products, policies, client notes, scheduling information and access to the relevant systems. We provide a handover list for your account.

Do I need to change all my systems?

We review what you already use and identify what is needed to deliver the service. Any required changes are discussed before implementation.

Will you contact my clients during setup?

Live client communication begins according to the agreed start plan. We establish the sender identities, authority and process first.

Can I retain some appointments myself?

Yes. The partnership defines which appointments and responsibilities are assigned to OTHEZA and which remain with your studio.

What happens when a client asks for something outside your authority?

We follow the agreed escalation process and return the decision to your studio.

Can the partnership expand later?

Yes, subject to capacity and a revised scope. Additional responsibilities and coverage are agreed before they are added.

What would you hand over first?

One appointment type. Both sales conversations. More of the commercial client journey.

Tell us where your studio needs support.

We’ll help you define the responsibility and prepare the handover.
